There will be two utility bills(one full month and one til end of contract) that will be taken out. You are always welcome to estitmate these bills and pay before you move out.

 In order to move out you will need to complete a Cleaning Checkout. Check-outs consist of deep-cleaning a specific portion of the apartment, as well as clearing the apartment of all personal belongings. If you fail to check out you will have an automatic $50 fee plus cleaning taken ou. Cleaning is charged $20/hr.
